Roger Timmerman is the CEO of UTOPIA Fiber and a broadband industry leader with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and IT. He has led the expansion of UTOPIA Fiber’s open-access fiber network to 23 cities, delivering high-speed internet to tens of thousands of subscribers. His past roles include leadership positions at Vivint Wireless, iProvo, and BYU, where he earned both BS and MS degrees in Information Technology. Timmerman is a recognized advocate for competitive, community-focused broadband infrastructure.
