Bio:
Tim is a Principal in Deloitte’s M&A Consulting practice, focusing on Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) clients. Tim has over 15 years of experience advising clients on topics including M&A strategy, integration, divestitures and separations, due diligence support, growth strategy, cost reduction, and transformation.
Tim is a leader in the TMT M&A practice, with experience leading some of the largest M&A deals in the industry. Tim advises telecom companies on M&A deals, strategic transformations, and operational challenges, including brand launches, billing platform transformation, and customer migrations. Tim has authored numerous publications and spoke at events on telecom and media industry trends, including Value Creation in Fiber M&A, Strategies for Successful Media M&A, Media M&A Deal Premiums, and Telecom M&A Execution in Virtual Environments.
Prior to consulting, Tim worked in investment banking for mid and large cap companies, advising on M&A transactions, corporate defense, debt and equity raises, and corporate strategy. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University
