Chris Stratmann

Bio:

Chris Stratmann brings extensive strategic and operational experience in public safety communications. A retired U.S. Air Force and Kansas National Guard officer, he served as CIO for the Kansas National Guard, overseeing statewide emergency communications and leading the ESF-2 function at the State Emergency Operations Center. He managed the Kansas Statewide Interoperable Communications P25 system and related training programs. As the original FirstNet Single Point of Contact for Kansas, he helped shape state-level strategy. Since joining AT&T in 2018 and ROG in 2020, he has led logistics and administrative functions supporting both planned and emergent responses.
