Bio:

Erin Scarborough is responsible for consumer profitability, revenue optimization, distribution strategy, device and wholesale partnerships, and local market data optimization as the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management & Commercialization for Mass Markets.


Erin leverages customer data to establish and execute packaging, pricing, offers, device partnerships, and distribution across AT&T’s postpaid wireless and consumer wireline product portfolio. She also leads alternate monetization through third-party partnerships with resellers, manufacturers, and service providers. Through innovative strategies, she delivers seamless, converged services that foster long-lasting relationships with customers by addressing their connectivity needs.


Erin has served in a variety of leadership roles, putting a focus on AT&T’s customers. She was recently responsible for the broadband and mobility product portfolio and investment initiatives, including standing up and leading fiber to home build strategy. Erin also led broadband sales and marketing, where she grew customers and worked closely with state and local governments to advocate for the expansion of connectivity. She conducted cross-company functions, strategic planning, and administration for the office of AT&T CEO, John Stankey. She has a vast array of experience in broadband services, in-home experiences, and strategy for fiber and fixed wireless infrastructure across multiple prior roles.


She began her 13-year career at AT&T in corporate strategy, leading financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business development. She oversaw more than 1,000 employees at AT&T’s vendor-run call centers. Prior to AT&T, Erin was an auditor and financial project manager at BNSF Railway.


Through her personal story, Erin is passionate about breast cancer awareness. She also actively champions the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and served as the Fundraising Chair and Executive Council member.


She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where she currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board and is a proud Longhorn.


Outside of work, she prioritizes spending time with her husband (Matt) and their three children. When they aren’t traveling or at the lake, Erin and her family can usually be found at their home in Dallas.
