Bio:
Kevin Uyeno is Chief of Staff at Pivot-Tech Development, Inc., a company advancing community-owned broadband infrastructure across rural and underserved America through creative public-private partnership models and 63-20 nonprofits. In this role, Kevin serves as advisor to the C-suite while overseeing strategic program execution across every phase of broadband deployment from feasibility and financing strategy through network construction and long-term service operations. Before joining Pivot-Tech, Kevin spent nearly a decade at Spectrum, where he led portfolio management and delivery teams responsible for some of the company's most consequential product launches.
His portfolio included the national rollout of Spectrum Mobile, Charter's MVNO built on Verizon's 4G LTE network with a WiFi-first architecture, the launch of Spectrum Mobile's 5G rate plans and devices, as well as infrastructure upgrades for DOCSIS 4.0 and Distributed Access Architecture. Kevin holds a degree from Belmont University and is based in Lone Tree, Colorado. A career trajectory that has taken him from construction and field operations leadership, to launching connectivity solutions for the nation's largest cable provider, to currently deploying community-owned, fiber networks with Pivot-Tech gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to connect America in 2026 and beyond.
