Paul Charles is Founder & CEO of Full Stack Data Centers Inc. and Co-Chair of the NAATBatt ESS & Data Center Community. Full Stack Data Centers develops modular and containerized AI data center solutions for land and offshore locations through its Power-to-Compute™ platform. Full Stack offers full turnkey or à la carte delivery, from site preparation and grid integration through power generation, battery storage, cooling, AI compute, commissioning and ongoing operations.
Paul is a frequent international keynote speaker, conference chair and moderator on AI infrastructure, energy storage and power strategy. He previously co-founded and served as the first CEO and President of American Battery Factory and is CEO of Charles & Associates, LLC. He was named one of the Top 25 Battery Technology Influencers to Follow in 2025 by Battery Technology.
