Prior to Equinix, he held leadership roles at CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications, spanning business development, sales leadership, and commercial operations. With more than 25 years of experience spanning networking, cloud, and data center technologies, Phil specializes in translating market demand, technology trends, and capital investment priorities into scalable growth strategies. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado.
