Russell Thorneycroft is an accomplished quality and manufacturing executive with nearly three decades of leadership experience at Eaton. He currently serves as Vice President of Quality for the Americas region, where he leads quality strategy execution and performance improvement across a diverse Electrical Sector portfolio.

Russell began his career in Eaton's Automotive business, establishing a strong foundation in manufacturing and quality leadership. In 2017, he transitioned to the EMEA Electrical business, expanding his global leadership experience and strategic perspective.

Throughout his career, Russell has demonstrated a consistent ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, results-driven initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, improve operational performance, and strengthen organizational capability. He is recognized for building trusted relationships, influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
