As SVP of Continuing Education Products and Service Strategy at Learning Alliance Corp., Steve is a globally recognized broadband and Internet pioneer with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning multi-system operators (MSOs), industry associations, and academia. He is a driving force in workforce skills development, having created more than 500 advanced courses and numerous professional credentials that have helped tens of thousands of professionals enhance their capabilities and bridge the digital skills gap.

His commitment to education is demonstrated through his roles as a Certified Cisco Academy Instructor (CCAI) and provider, an FOA-certified training provider (School #441), and a Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) training provider.

A sought-after thought leader, Steve has authored the Broadband Library’s “Fiber Source” series, delivered keynote speeches at major industry forums, published multiple peer-reviewed papers, and holds a patent for network optimization technology. He is also recognized for fostering cross-industry collaboration, building strategic partnerships among operators, vendors, OEMs, and educational institutions.

As an ambassador for telecommunications and broadband—and a dedicated veteran advocate—Steve actively contributes to leading trade organizations including ISE Expo, ANGA (Germany), FBA, CSMX, Andina Link, SCTE, BCAP, the European Council, TIA, AFOR (Fiber Optics of Romania), WICT, SVA, and NATE.
