Below you'll find important deadlines, points of contact, resources and more to make your participation at Broadband Nation Expo as seamless as possible. In addition, we're included social media graphics, caption copy, banner ads and more that you can use to let your following know you'll be speaking at the event!
Speaker Important Information & Deadlines
Speaker Agreement
We require each individual speaker to sign and return a speaker agreement and speaker appearance release prior to the show. Your signed agreement confirms your intent to speak at the event. Please refer to your speaker portal for the link to your speaker agreement. If you have any questions, please reach out to Riley Lowell at [email protected].
Headshot and Bio:
Please submit your headshot and bio for the website through the Sessionboard portal. We update the Broadband Nation Expo website and mobile app with all speaker biographies and headshots from your portal. If you have any questions or issues with uploading your headshot, please reach out to Riley Lowell at [email protected].

PowerPoint Deadline and Requirements: November 10th, 2025
Please note: Presentations are not required. Show Management will provide a title slide if no presentation is submitted.
All conference session content must be non-commercial and educational in nature, and the promotion of a specific person or company and/or its products or services is NOT permitted. Speakers must use the template below.
ALL slide submissions MUST follow the requirements below:
Presentations must be submitted in PPT format. You will not be able to present from PDF files.
Make sure your presentation is in 16:9 format
If you have video or audio files embedded in your presentation, please send separately to Riley Lowell [email protected].
If using videos, please limit to 2 videos per session.
Slides CANNOT contain:
Custom fonts as these are difficult to transfer to AV.
Embedded excel files
SmartArt graphics
Panel Prep Calls
For speakers on panels, no presentation slides are required. Lucia Contreras will schedule panel prep calls 2-3 weeks prior to the event. During these prep calls, panelists and moderator will set a flow, structure, and seed questions for the discussion.
AV Equipment & Electrical Needs
Any special requests must be submitted via email and approved by show management by November 11th, 2025. Show management does not guarantee that it can fulfill all requests but will do their best to accommodate.
Each conference room and/or stage will be equipped with the following standard audio/visual equipment:
High resolution LCD projector and screen (16:9) format
Lavaliere microphone or handheld microphone, per speaker
Podium with microphone
Speaker timer
Confidence monitor
Slide advancer
An AV tech will also be stationed in every session room/stage to assist, and an AV Table that will have presentation preloaded, if applicable.

As a conference speaker, you receive a complimentary All Access Pass to the expo and conference. You receive full access to all onsite receptions, exhibitions, entertainment and conference sessions.
